Appointments are scheduled by calling our office directly. Our delightful staff is always ready to accommodate appointment requests.

We do not accept any commercial insurance for our services; however consultations, lab visits and medications are typically covered by your insurance.

Since the Covid pandemic, we are no longer welcome in hospital ERs. However, we notify the emergency room when our patients need assessment so the staff can be prepared to receive you

Yes, we follow our patients while they are hospitalized. This allows us to provide seamless care upon hospital discharge.
Dr. Ando has privileges at Stanford and El Camino Hospital; Dr. Saxton has privileges at Stanford, El Camino and Washington Hospitals.

We try our best to expedite referrals to specialists, leveraging our deep connections to the medical community.
We draw from PAMF/Sutter, Stanford, UCSF and local private practitioners as part of our referral network.
We also have excellent referrals for physical therapy, vestibular therapy, pelvic floor therapy, and nutritionists.
